How many agents are there in ERA Indonesia?

ERA Indonesia has been very successful in expansion and steadily grew to 6,500 agents over 114 offices today. ERA Indonesia saw a gap in the market for professional real estate brokerage in May 1992 and has since done the ERA brand proud.

What attracted you to a career in real estate?

I believed in ERA Indonesia’s mission to increase professionalism of agents and profitability of each ERA offices by providing potential training and excellent services.

How has ERA Real Estate’s culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among brokers helped you or your business?

The One ERA culture is like a big family. Everyone gives support to each other and that makes the environment very lively. When our salespersons interact with other elites overseas, the overall professionalism is raised through cultural sharing and they evolve with a global perspective.

How does ERA Real Estate helps you to better manage your people, inventory and leads?

ERA has given us the skills and know-how to build up our business quickly and strongly in Indonesia. They provided the skeleton from backend operations to development programs and we adapted with local knowledge to create a strong and credible real estate brand here. With good support and trained salespeople, ERA Indonesia outperformed expectations during the initial years.

How do you or your agents benefit from ERA Real Estate’s awards programs and events?

Awards programs are an excellent opportunity to motivate agents to be amongst the top. Achievements recognised during international events also enable agents to strive forward together and build networks.

How has being part of ERA Real Estate helped you to grow your business?

ERA US and Asia Pacific regularly hold conferences and seminars to bridge engagement among offices globally. This allows ERA offices to further promote cross border collaboration and other business opportunities. The international network increases referrals from overseas offices that have clients who are keen in our local market.

In addition, continuous education and training materials are updated for ERA offices and agents to enhance and sharpen their knowledge. Marketing materials are also shared to achieve a consistent brand image and increase productivity with adaptable templates.
