We are proud to have 484 offices with a total of 2,450 agents in Japan.

What attracted you to a career in real estate?

ERA Japan is a very established brand with strong local foothold since 1981. With over 2,500 agents now, we have a strong network and reach to deliver the best service to both our teams and clients.

Why did you choose to affiliate with ERA Real Estate?

ERA Japan has been affiliated with ERA for over 35 years. The renowned branding as one of the largest international real estate agency networks in the world, ERA’s global network and professional development programs has benefitted us greatly. We have grown from the initial set up with much guidance and assistance to being a contributor of technological innovations through cross border activities.

Please share how ERA’s culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among brokers has helped you or your business.

The One ERA culture promotes interaction and communication among franchisees and agents. Exchange programs are available to facilitate learning of new innovations and ideas. There are many professional training and development programs for local adaption so that salespeople can upgrade their knowledge and skills. The comprehensive curriculum enables us to be empowered and become well-rounded in our business.

How do you or your agents benefit from ERA Real Estate’s awards programs and events?

ERA’s awards programs are excellent initiatives for agents to be recognised. These awards give our salespeople motivation to constantly reach new heights. ERA agents strive towards greater goals and compete with the ‘Best of the Best’ in the industry.

The annual Fuel ERA (previously known as International Business Conference) is another opportunity for agents to network and cultivate potential collaborations across the globe. In addition, the event has a wide variety of seminars on business, leadership, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) & Media. Close ties are fostered internationally and our productivity reaches higher levels every time.

Our recent Giving Tuesday initiative led by ERA US saw 30 countries and areas’ participation. Our parent company, LIXIL and UNICEF have built a bold new international partnership to tackle the sanitation challenge. The partnership between LIXIL and UNICEF try to bring clean and portable toilet, SATO, into the people around the world who don’t have access to basic sanitation. LIXIL ERA Japan Corp., also made daily donations to the Save the Children as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which was very meaningful.
